Apartment No. 1 in the “Residenz am Rosengarten” is about 30 sqm and suitable for up to 3 guests. This modern, comfortable holiday apartment features a combined living and sleeping area, an integrated kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and WC, and a private terrace with garden furniture. The parquet flooring is allergy-friendly. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and egg cooker. The bathroom includes a shower, washbasin, WC, various storage options, and a hairdryer. The high-quality sofa bed offers excellent sleeping comfort and quickly converts into a comfortable bed with its own mattress and slatted frame (sleeping area 160 x 200 cm). For a third guest, there is a sleep chair (sleeping area 75 x 190 cm) similar to the sofa bed. The living area provides a flat-screen TV and a radio/CD player. Free Wi-Fi is available. Garden furniture on the terrace invites you to relax. Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the total price.

The apartment is on the fourth floor, offers 40 m² of space, and features a combined living and sleeping area with dining corner, a separate bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette in the hallway, a bathroom with shower and WC, and a balcony with garden furniture. Our apartment was renovated and modernized at the beginning of 2022. The apartment is perfectly suited and equipped for up to 4 people. For young guests, we provide a cot and high chair free of charge upon request. Enjoy the beautiful North Sea view from the bedroom, as well as the view over the western part of the island from the balcony. The bathroom with natural light has a shower, washbasin, WC, various storage options, a hairdryer, and a cosmetic mirror.
